Blackend Salmon And Rice with Steamed Veggies

This was an improvised meal as well. Finished in under 30 minutes.

Salmon filets


smother in

Old Bay Blackening seasoning

Ground Pepper

Paprika (pinch)

sliced onions

Seared in Peanut Oil



Steamed Long grain rice with California mix.

Turkey Sand-Burger



This was slapped together with in minutes.


Step One

Mix together

1 pound Ground Turkey

1 egg

1/2 cup Blue Cheese dressing

Croutons

1/2 cup of flour


Step 2.

Make patties.


Step 3.

Grill or George Forman grill


Step 4. Place patty on toasted bun, In this case I improvised using French bread roll and cut into triangles covered in Olive oil.


Step 5. Add cheese, mushrooms, crumbled blue cheese etc.


Step 6 chow down
